Switch your account or post to public until the order completes. We can't deliver to private accounts, and changing the link or username during delivery can stop the order.
What does non-drop mean?
Every order is non-drop: the followers, likes, views and plays you buy are meant to stay. If any count drops after delivery, send us your order reference and we'll refill it free, as long as your account or post is still public and the link or username hasn't changed. How refills work.
Is it safe for my account?
We never touch your login and we deliver at a steady pace. Each platform sets its own rules, so avoid running two orders for the same link and service at the same time.
How does the wallet work?
Sign in with Google, open My orders → Wallet, and send any amount by Mobile Money. Enter the transaction ID from your MoMo message, and we add the money to your balance once we've checked the payment. After that, you can pay for orders instantly from your balance, without waiting for payment details.
What if my order isn't delivered?
Message us with your order reference. If we can't complete an order, we refund the undelivered part: to your wallet if you ordered while signed in, or to your Mobile Money number. See our Refund & refill policy for the details.
